Introducers & Referrals

If you wish to become an Introducer for our business or simply refer on clients to us we would be happy to pay you a fee as a thank you for helping us to secure more block management or lettings business.

Block Management

If you refer or introduce any Residential Apartment Block Management business and we are successfully appointed by the freeholder, relevant Right to Manage Company or Leasehold Valuation Tribunal directions we will pay you 20% of the first annual management charge.

If you think that this may be an ongoing relationship of referring block management business to us you may wish to join our ‘Introducer Programme’. Please give us a call and we can discuss this with you and provide you with an introducer agreement and any relevant marketing material about our service. Our Introducer programme offers further financial incentives & bonuses.

Introducing & securing block management business is often quite complex and if you are thinking of becoming an introducer for us please call us and arrange a meeting and we can talk you through what would constitute an effective client introduction.

Residential Lettings

If you introduce or refer a residential landlord to us, we will pay you £50 (per property) on successful let of the property(s).
